About Our Doctors
Dr. Bill Keating was born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. He graduated from the University of Birmingham in 1997 with a degree in Optometry. He furthered his education by obtaining licenses in Oklahoma and Arkansas, ensuring that all patients have the best eye health and vision possible to see the important parts of their world.
Dr. Wallace Liles is a provider established in Mena, Arkansas practicing at the Fort Smith Eye Clinic, helping us serve the community. Dr. Wallace Liles has more than 48 years of experience. He graduated from University of Houston – College of Optometry in 1975.
